The AY 2026 September Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

*Please note that each graduating student will only be able to select up to two family members to attend the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.
*Graduating students who need special accommodations should reach out at least two weeks prior to the ceremony to make arrangements.

*Attendees will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.

Ceremony livestream
For all those who cannot attend, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. Please take the time to watch the proceedings. Keio will publish the link at a later date. The video shall be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

Family members
Please note that each graduating student will only be able to invite up to two family members to attend the ceremony.
Family members shall attend the ceremony at a separate venue provided for them inside the West School Building.
The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue.
While we have used experiences from past Ceremony to arrange for ample seating, please be aware of the possibility that the venue may reach capacity.
